2. USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree to use this website lawfully and to give accurate information when ordering.

3. PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY
We try to describe products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly. Digital locks depend on door type, thickness and opening direction, and app or voice-assistant support varies by model. Please confirm compatibility with our team before ordering.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and will inform you before proceeding. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (UPI, cards, net banking and other listed options). A GST invoice is available if you enter your GST details at checkout or share them with us.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

6. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND WARRANTY
Shipping, returns and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, and the warranty stated on the product page or invoice.

7. INSTALLATION AND PROJECT ORDERS
Installation, wiring and site visits are charged separately unless clearly stated. Payment terms for project orders are set out in the approved quotation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, images and product descriptions on this website belong to Unieye Home / Unicom IT Solutions and may not be copied without permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by incorrect installation, wiring, misuse or voltage fluctuation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.

11. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this website.
