SHIPPING AREA
We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. Courier availability and additional charges may apply for some locations. For delivery outside India, please contact us before ordering.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIME
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation, subject to product availability. The estimated dispatch and delivery timeline is shown at checkout or confirmed by our team, and depends on the product and destination. Project or made-to-order items may take longer, and we will confirm the timeline in advance.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout. All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp. You can also contact us with your order number.

DELIVERY
Please provide a complete, correct address and a working phone number. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or because no one is available, the parcel may return to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PACKAGES
Please record an unboxing video when opening the package. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos and the video. Claims are handled under our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

INSTALLATION
Installation is not included unless clearly stated on the product page. It is available in selected cities and charged separately.
